50th Anniversary Festival

This exciting weekend event will be the highlight of the year-long celebration! From music and the arts, to food and games, to an extravagant light show in the sky – Union City will be the place to be in September.

Plans for the party in the park include a two-day music festival featuring headliner performers sure to be enjoyed by all. Talent may include:

• Famous 80s Band
• Blues and Boogie Woogie
• A Hawaiian Band
• Swing and Dance Band
• A Capella Singing
• Yodeling Cowboys
• Rockin’ Cajun Zydeco
• Surprise Headliner Act
• ...and more!

Our stages will also bring many surprises, such as the homecoming of now-famous faces from Union City. We’ll honor our sponsors, greet some dignitaries, and in general, have a rollicking good time!

Each day will include a grand finale performance on the main stage. On Saturday night, the crowd will be awed by either a pyrospectacular extravaganza or a mind-blowing laser light show. Sunday will be another evening of surprises, with a memorable closing performance.
